Draft Beers

Irish Whiskey

Ireland has been producing whiskey for over 500 years. At The Harp, we stock a curated selection spanning the full range of Irish whiskey styles:

• Single Pot Still — Uniquely Irish, made with a mix of malted and unmalted barley
• Single Malt — Complex, character-driven expressions for the serious enthusiast

Our bartenders are knowledgeable and happy to guide you through a tasting. Irish whiskey has seen strong growth over the past decade — and for good reason.

The Irish Whiskey Association's September 2026 trade account put 2025 exports at €930 million and global sales at a record 16.4 million cases. The U.S. share of exports fell from 49% in 2023 to 38% in 2025. A separate September 2026 association statement welcomed an announcement that the U.S. tariff on Irish whiskey would be removed, while explicitly looking forward to full implementation; it did not confirm that removal had taken effect.
